How to Meditate
With the hectic pace and demands of modern life, many people feel stressed and over-worked. It often feels like there is just not enough time in the day to get everything done. Our stress and tiredness make us unhappy, impatient and frustrated. It can even affect our health. We are often so busy we feel there is no time to stop and meditate! But meditation actually gives you more time by making your mind calmer and more focused. A simple ten or fifteen minute breathing meditation as explained below can help you to overcome your stress and find some inner peace and balance.
Meditation can also help us to understand our own mind. We can learn how to transform our mind from negative to positive, from disturbed to peaceful, from unhappy to happy. Overcoming negative minds and cultivating constructive thoughts is the purpose of the transforming meditations found in the Buddhist tradition. This is a profound spiritual practice you can enjoy throughout the day, not just while seated in meditation.

Why learn to meditate
Eventually, we will be able to stay happy all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances.
The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful. If our mind is peaceful, we will be free from worries and mental discomfort, and so we will experience true happiness; but if our mind is not peaceful, we will find it very difficult to be happy, even if we are living in the very best conditions. If we train in meditation, our mind will gradually become more and more peaceful, and we will experience a purer and purer form of happiness. Eventually, we will be able to stay happy all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances.
Usually we find it difficult to control our mind. It seems as if our mind is like a balloon in the wind – blown here and there by external circumstances. If things go well, our mind is happy, but if they go badly, it immediately becomes unhappy. For example, if we get what we want, such as a new possession or a new partner, we become excited and cling to them tightly. However, since we cannot have everything we want, and since we will inevitably be separated from the friends and possessions we currently enjoy, this mental stickiness, or attachment, serves only to cause us pain. On the other hand, if we do not get what we want, or if we lose something that we like, we become despondent or irritated. For example, if we are forced to work with a colleague whom we dislike, we will probably become irritated and feel aggrieved, with the result that we will be unable to work with him or her efficiently and our time at work will become stressful and unrewarding.
By training in meditation, we create an inner space and clarity that enables us to control our mind
Such fluctuations of mood arise because we are too closely involved in the external situation. We are like a child making a sandcastle who is excited when it is first made, but who becomes upset when it is destroyed by the incoming tide. By training in meditation, we create an inner space and clarity that enables us to control our mind regardless of the external circumstances. Gradually we develop mental equilibrium, a balanced mind that is happy all the time, rather than an unbalanced mind that oscillates between the extremes of excitement and despondency.
If we train in meditation systematically, eventually we will be able to eradicate from our mind the delusions that are the causes of all our problems and suffering. In this way, we will come to experience a permanent inner peace, known as “liberation” or “nirvana”. Then, day and night in life after life, we will experience only peace and happiness.
Generally, the purpose of breathing meditation is to calm the mind and develop inner peace. We can use breathing meditations alone or as a preliminary practice to reduce our distractions before engaging in a Lamrim meditation
A Simple Breathing Meditation
The first stage of meditation is to stop distractions and make our mind clearer and more lucid. This can be accomplished by practising a simple breathing meditation. We choose a quiet place to meditate and sit in a comfortable position. We can sit in the traditional cross-legged posture or in any other position that is comfortable. If we wish, we can sit in a chair. The most important thing is to keep our back straight to prevent our mind from becoming sluggish or sleepy.
The first stage of meditation is to stop distractions and make our mind clearer and more lucid.
We sit with our eyes partially closed and turn our attention to our breathing. We breathe naturally, preferably through the nostrils, without attempting to control our breath, and we try to become aware of the sensation of the breath as it enters and leaves the nostrils. This sensation is our object of meditation. We should try to concentrate on it to the exclusion of everything else.
At first, our mind will be very busy, and we might even feel that the meditation is making our mind busier; but in reality we are just becoming more aware of how busy our mind actually is. There will be a great temptation to follow the different thoughts as they arise, but we should resist this and remain focused single-pointedly on the sensation of the breath. If we discover that our mind has wandered and is following our thoughts, we should immediately return it to the breath. We should repeat this as many times as necessary until the mind settles on the breath.
Benefits of Meditation
If we practise patiently in this way, gradually our distracting thoughts will subside and we will experience a sense of inner peace and relaxation. Our mind will feel lucid and spacious and we will feel refreshed. When the sea is rough, sediment is churned up and the water becomes murky, but when the wind dies down the mud gradually settles and the water becomes clear. In a similar way, when the otherwise incessant flow of our distracting thoughts is calmed through concentrating on the breath, our mind becomes unusually lucid and clear. We should stay with this state of mental calm for a while.
Even though breathing meditation is only a preliminary stage of meditation, it can be quite powerful. We can see from this practice that it is possible to experience inner peace and contentment just by controlling the mind, without having to depend at all upon external conditions.

When the turbulence of distracting thoughts subsides and our mind becomes still, a deep happiness and contentment naturally arises from within. This feeling of contentment and well-being helps us to cope with the busyness and difficulties of daily life. So much of the stress and tension we normally experience comes from our mind, and many of the problems we experience, including ill health, are caused or aggravated by this stress.
Just by doing breathing meditation for ten or fifteen minutes each day, we will be able to reduce this stress. We will experience a calm, spacious feeling in the mind, and many of our usual problems will fall away. Difficult situations will become easier to deal with, we will naturally feel warm and well disposed towards other people, and our relationships with others will gradually improve.

Studies have shown that type 1 diabetics who consume high-fiber diets have lower blood glucose levels and type 2 diabetics may have improved blood sugar, lipids and insulin levels. One medium banana provides about 3 grams of fiber.

Are you still pondering the ultimate truths of our existence and consciousness on Gaia (Earth) and beyond? I know I am. In this article I going to put forward a theory I have contemplated on for quite a while now regarding this subject.
Before we go any further into this subject let’s get a picture of that I am trying to explain first. I want to try and put into words in one article where we come from, why we are here, why do we need to endure this prison matrix on Earth. How do we complete our journey back to source? If I manage all this in one article I will impress myself, much less anyone else.
Where do we & our Consciousness come from?
This is a really difficult explanation to put into words but this is my take on this question. My heart tells me that we, us, the Universe, multi-verse and beyond have always existed. The reason for this is time does not exist except in the holographic 3D dimension of this Universe, so on that basis only the NOW (Present) exists.
This means we the one consciousness that is everything has always existed, and the conclusion of this is we didn’t come from anywhere because we have always BEEN. I know this is mind boggling stuff for our HU-MAN (God Mind) consciousness to wrap itself around in this 3D reality but I believe this to be true through my higher heart centre.
Try to imagine stillness with no form of light but with a consciousness in it that knows everything and is at perfect harmony and tranquility. This intelligence is total love and embraces all that is. This is the picture I am trying to build of the always existed YOU in a 3D way that just scratches the surface of what we truly are.
Why Are We Here?
Now imagine wanting to experience more than what existed at that NOW moment. So to do this we decided to create a way of experiencing ourselves in a different way. This way was the creation of a holographic universe that operated on pure light only. In this pure light holographic Universe we wanted a playground to explore ourselves experiencing physicality.
Our pure consciousness created all what we experience in our lives and so much more beyond. This part of the universe that we cannot see at the moment is the part that is behind the veil what the elite have constructed around this Earth. I will talk more about that later.
In this holographic Universe of many dimensions beyond the 3rd dimension we can also exist at the same time as we are here. Also our individual consciousness can experience different life times at the same time in different planets. The reason for that is simple; it is easier and quicker for us to experience all that there is to experience with many different vessels at the same time.
To try and get some prospective on what I am saying here is to think in terms of all the beings in all the dimensions in this multi-dimensional Universe are all the same consciousness that created it. So YOU me and every other being in existence in this Universe are the entire eternal creator source experiencing this universe to expand our knowledge.
Why do we need to Endure This Prison Matrix?
Now let’s talk about this journey the creator source (you and me) has taken. To experience every situation and every outcome to gain the most knowledge we need to experience good and evil from every angle. This means at some point in time in this reality we have all been the worst and the best we can be. We will have also experienced the worst imaginable situations as well as the best possible joyful situations.
When you view existence in these terms it gives new perspective to the whole experience we endure on Earth with the ruling elite. This existence we experience now is not the true reality that we experience before we decided to come to Earth and take part in this terrible prison planet, Outside of this 3D holographic prison is a multi-dimensional holographic existence where we can nanotravel anywhere at the blink of an eye and create whatever environment we desire.
However we decided to incarnate here into this planet which is the harshest environment from a spiritual point of view there is. The reason for it being the harshest is that we are trapped here even when we die if we do not know the real truth of existence. What I mean by this is the fact that the spiritual entity controlling the elites of this world created a trap for us when we die to keep us incarnating back to Earth instead of returning to our creator source.
The trap was created so the spiritual entity can keep us on Earth in a perpetual struggle. This struggle gives off lots of energy what is harvested by this entity, and this feeds it.
Now as horrible as this Entity is and the prison matrix that we live in, if you look at it from the higher perspective I was talking about earlier in this article you can see it is all by design. This design was created by us the ultimate source consciousness (US) so we can grow in knowledge and experience and take this back to our creator source when we are finished in this Holographic Universe.
How to go back to Source
Now we have covered the first 3 questions I laid out now I am going to tackle the last one how to escape this prison matrix and get back to source. The first thing I would like to say is that we return to the creator source when we have completed our journey, and not a second earlier. So if you have relatives and friends that just don’t get the whole elite ruling the world scenario, don’t worry because everyone will complete each other’s journeys when their soul’s job is complete.
With that in mind I have made it my mission to try my best to get the information out there for people to read and listen to when they are ready. Like the old saying goes “You can lead a horse to water but you cannot make it drink”.
Now let’s talk about YOU reading this article now, if you are reading this and it is making some sense to you then you are getting ready to escape this reincarnation trap and get back to the real multi-dimensional reality we created. If you are then it is quite simple really. All you need to do is follow the path you are on now and the knowledge will come to you on all aspects of this prison reality we live in. Also a huge part of it is to take this knowledge with you when you die. This is vital because to avoid the reincarnation trap you need to turn away from the tunnel of light that will appear when you die.
This tunnel of light is the artificial light matrix that is created by the spiritual entity that wants to keep you in this cycle. You need to turn away from the light and say in your mind that you are a sovereign being that is going back to your creator source. Once you do that and stick to your guns so to speak you will ascend past this 3 D and after life reality and return to the real multi-dimensional Universe reality and you will be free. I have written about this particular aspect on this page before here.

Water. The Earth is largely made up of it. As are we...
And yet about it we know significantly little.
Until the groundbreaking work of a pioneer Japanese researcher whose astonishing discovery about water, documented photographically, changed most of what we didn’t know…and led to a new consciousness of Earth’s most precious resource.
Dr. Masaru Emoto was born in Japan and is a graduate of the Yokohama Municipal University and the Open International University as a Doctor of Alternative Medicine. His photographs were first featured in his self-published books Messages from Water 1 and 2. The Hidden Messages in Water was first published in Japan, with over 400,000 copies sold internationally.

What has put Dr. Emoto at the forefront of the study of water is his proof that thoughts and feelings affect physical reality. By producing different focused intentions through written and spoken words and music and literally presenting it to the same water samples, the water appears to “change its expression”.

Essentially, Dr. Emoto captured water’s ‘expressions.’ He developed a technique using a very powerful microscope in a very cold room along with high-speed photography, to photograph newly formed crystals of frozen water samples. Not all water samples crystallize however. Water samples from extremely polluted rivers directly seem to express the ‘state’ the water is in.
Dr. Masaru Emoto discovered that crystals formed in frozen water reveal changes when specific, concentrated thoughts are directed toward them. He found that water from clear springs and water that has been exposed to loving words shows brilliant, complex, and colorful snowflake patterns. In contrast, polluted water, or water exposed to negative thoughts, forms incomplete, asymmetrical patterns with dull colors.
The implications of this research create a new awareness of how we can positively impact the earth and our personal health. The success of his books outside Japan has been remarkable. Dr. Emoto has been called to lecture around the world as a result and has conducted live experiments both in Japan and Europe as well as in the US to show how indeed our thoughts, attitudes, and emotions as humans deeply impact the environment.

The medicinal components of ginger work primarily in the stomach and intestines. As an established folk remedy to treat motion sickness, nausea and osteoarthritis, daily consumption of ginger also does wonders for reducing the risk of high blood pressure and coronary heart disease. Ginger is known to beat drugs in defeating cancer and many inflammatory processes. The University of Maryland Medical Center cites several preliminary studies that suggest ginger may also lower cholesterol and prevent blood from clotting. Stopping your blood from clotting can help people with heart disease, where blood vessels become clogged and lead to heart attack or stroke.
From Cancer Prevention to Weight Loss: 22 Benefits of Ginger Now, data published in Nutrition indicated that daily ginger consumption was associated with an 8% lower risk of developing hypertension and a 13% lower risk of coronary heart disease in adults. “The data indicated that ginger had a potential preventive property against some chronic diseases, especially hypertension and coronary heart disease as well as its ability to reduce the probability of illness by increasing 1g/d ginger intake on the basis of prior diet,” wrote the researchers. “It was a heart-healthy alternative to appropriately increase ginger consumption every day being recommended as a good dietary choice.” A study published in 2005 in the “Journal of Cardiovascular Pharmacology” found that ginger lowered blood pressure in controlled experimental conditions. Further experiments in this research suggest that the blood-pressure-lowering effect of ginger is due to the blockage of voltage-dependent calcium channels. However, researchers did not examine the effects of ginger on the blood pressure of humans. Ginger The new study adds to an ever growing body of science supporting the potential health benefits of ginger. The rhizome of the ginger plant (Zingiber officinale) is a rich source of antioxidants, including gingerols, shogaols, zingerones and other ketone derivatives. It has been reported to possess anti-inï¬‚ammatory, antioxidant and anti-proliferative activities.

Study Details: For the new study, the researchers assessed the effects of different ginger intakes (0-2g/d, 2g-4g/d, 4-6g/d) in 4,628 men and women aged over 18 for a range of chronic diseases, including anaemia, cerebrovascular disease, coronary heart disease, diabetes, fatty liver, hyperlipidemia, and hypertension. Results showed that there was only an association for ginger and the risk of hypertension and coronary heart disease in people over 18. Similar risk reductions were also observed when the researchers looked at over 40s only. However, the association with hypertension disappeared in people over 60.
The researchers noted that the precise mechanism(s) by which ginger may reduce the risk of hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases are not yet well understood, but could be related to a potential inhibitory action on angiotensin-1-converting enzyme (ACE) and prevention of lipid peroxidation in the heart. They also note that the effects could linked to the polyphenol content of ginger. “On the basis of the present study, we provided a preliminary suggestion that daily intake of 2-4g/d ginger could prevent chronic diseases. However, larger different studies were necessary to be designed to confirm our findings and determine the optimum daily ginger intake for the prevention of chronic diseases,” they concluded.
